[net.wanted] emulator program wanted for microprogramming on HP or PDP-11.

I am looking for an emulator working on a HP-21MX, PDP-11
or VAX-750 to simulate a microprogram.
The PDP/11-60 can microcode so why would'nt there be an emulator ?
The operating system may be RT-11, Unix or TSX-plus.
I am willing to pay for it. (But of course it would be fine if
its for free !)
