Hello all! I am new to this board, AND computers in general, so please be gentle! :) I have just obtained a TRS-80 model 12, and I need some (a lot!) of info. It came with 2 external 12-meg harddrives, which boots up with a xenix OS, which requires some sort of password to get into. This musta been a business machine. I obviously cannot crack the password, so I wanna get a boot disk w/TRS-DOS or CP/M and some utilities, so that I can wipe clean and reformat the harddrives and lock out bad sectors. Then, I'd like to get some software, especially a comm program for whatever OS I can get for it. Can anyone help me with locating stuff, or at least just generally educating me regarding this machine?
