[net.wanted] University looking for pattern generator software

We are looking for software that can produce pattern-generator
tapes from CALMA (or CIF - Caltech Intermediate Form) descriptions
of integrated circuit mask layouts.  Specifically, we are interested
in software to produce tapes for the Mann 3000 machine.  I would
appreciate any information or pointers to information.  Please
