I have a 2629C (OEM 2624A) at home, and the 2622 termcap/terminfo entry works just fine. The features that the 2624 has that the 2622 does not are almost entirely related to block(page)-mode data entry and HP-Multipoint terminal interfacing. These features are essentially useless on async character-mode RS-232C systems like most UN*X systems.
