We need to obtain a crypt program to use on our HP 840. There is no crypt program provided on the 840 and we do with to keep some things on client sites but secured so they cannot get into it. Email would be fine. We're running HP-UX, which is a SysV port. Due to Department of Commerce munitions (!) export regulations, we do not include crypt(1) and a few other decrypting capabilities based on the same algorithm, which is to say that we do not have separate domestic and export versions of HP-UX due to the crypt problem. If you are a domestic U.S. customer, you should be able to get crypt from your HP Systems Engineer.
