Does anyone know if drivers for a laserjet+ exist for Tex on the hp series 300s? Or for that matter, does TeX exist for the 300s? Is there a previewer for it? Any information about TeX on the hp's would be helpful. Jim Luttinen ...!rutgers!meccts!umn-cs!luttinen luttinen@umn-cs.ARPA

" Try: Thermodynamics Research Center Texas A&M College Station TX 77843-3111 (409) 845-4940 They have ports of TeX* running on the 300 and 500. They support the LaserJet+ and QMS laser printers. TeX is widely available, and was even an HP product briefly (33402A for Pascal Workstation). It may be available from other sources. Yes there is Tex on a 300 Although I am not a Tex fan, a member in our group uses Tex heavily on an hp300, with a laserjet+ There is a Tex previewer, and I also use a variation for troff previewing ( but with fonts from Tex).
