[comp.sys.hp] TCP/IP for HP9000s500

TWTMC,
	I know that I'm supposed to go through the sales office for
this, but they have singularly unhelpful. My question is about the
upcoming release of NS/9000 for series 500 machines. What will it
do? I would like to know soon since it's time to ask for money for
next year and we'd like to get on the campus ethernet. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should investigate a ARPA/BERKLEY port for the 500 series
done by a 3rd party name Wollongong ( I think that is spelled right ).
This should work well for you network.  

The NS release adds official support of HP-NS 3000/1000/VAX connectivity but
no other services.
