[comp.sys.hp] Integral PC hardware hacking info wanted

sparks@batcomputer.tn.cornell.edu (Steve Gaarder) (10/23/87)

I have an HP Integral PC (Luggable Unix box with 1 floppy, ram, and
rom disks). The machine is designed to accept additional ROMs which
can be purchased from HP. I am wondering if there is a way, supported
or unsupported, to add roms myself, loading them with my favorite
programs. I am quite familiar with hardware design and
programming and connecting EPROMs is no problem. What I need to know
is the format for the proms and how they would interface to the hardware.

Also, is there documentation available on building custom plug-in
cards?
