[comp.sys.hp] HP150 AGIOS Terminal call noisy

webster@dalcs.UUCP (Christopher Webster) (12/12/87)

When a program on an HP150 makes the AGIOS Terminal (0,26) function call,
AGIOS displays an escape sequence to put up the fkeys and clear the screen.
Is there a way to prevent this? Is there a quiet terminal call?

Since you've read this far maybe I can also ask:
Are there any undocumented AGIOS calls that inquiring minds might like to
know about?

Thanks to all the 150er's who respond...

Chris is a good customer, not given to hasseling HP at all (eh, Chris?), so
I would encourage any of you HP'ites out there, who are in a position to help,
to give him a hand, since we are not equipped to handle such queries here in
the HP-Dartmouth office. What I know about the internals of the HP150 you
could engrave in block letters on the head of a pin (*sigh*).

Mucho Gracias.
