Thank you for reporting the problem.  The problem has been verified 
against HP-UX 2.0 and 2.1.  It is not a problem on HP-UX 3.0.

Re:  HP-UX 2.0 vi goes into an infinite loop if the `w' or `W' command
is used to move from the last word of the file to following whitespace.

This defect is fixed in HP-UX 3.0 and subsequent releases.

Seems to be fixed in HP-UX 3.0.

Not a problem on our HP9000/540 (under 5.21). with cursor on the "l", pressing
"w" goes to the tab. Yea for series 500!!

I was able to duplicate the same vi problem on my system which is
a 318 running HP-UX 6.2.
