Hi all net riders: I am looking for a program to implement file transfer on an HP 3000, Series 42 computer system. We want to be able to transfer files between PC's running any communications software with protocols (ie. Procomm, Telink etc.) and the hp 3000. We are primary interested in a protocol software such as ZMODEM, then, could be KERMIT, then YMODEM, then Xmodem, the most reliable the best !! :-) If you have such a program, could you submit a copy of it for me ?, Of course if it is public domain or a program of this kind ! Thanks for your help in advance !! Greetings Ed logex @ altger.UUCP :!

We have KERMIT running on our 3000's (both a 70 and a 950). I got it from a proprietary source, so I don't think I can distribute it. However, I believe it originally came from an INTEREX contributed library tape.

Volume 15.70-74 of comp.sources.unix contains an XMODEM implementation (version 3.6). \ oo The New Number Who, \____|\mm Jeff Okamoto //_//\ \_\ HP Corporate Computing Center /K-9/ \/_/ okamoto%hpccc@hplabs.hp.com /___/_____\ ..!hplabs!hpccc!okamoto ----------- (415) 857-6236
