[comp.sys.hp] HP 110 Laptop?

freeborg@cat35.CS.WISC.EDU (John Freeborg) (04/12/89)

I may be wrong but didn't Hewlett Packard used to make a tandy model
100 sized laptop computer called the HP 110? I'm looking for a few details
on them - or a magazine article or such which might have covered it. Does
anyone know if they still produce it?

The reason I'm asking is that I'm in need of a laptop computer, but
I'm starting work for HP in late June. I've heard that HP
employees can buy HP products at a pretty good discount and I might just
wait until then to acquire one.

  Thanks,
       John

The "Portable", or Model 110, or product number 45710A is no longer sold.

It was replaced by the "Portable Plus" (45711A..F). Only the 'E and 'F
Models are still available. In any case...

We recently started reselling the Zenith laptop as an HP product. I don't
know the product number or features.
