I would like to thank everybody who sent me unexec for our hp9000/835. GNUemacs is up and working. There are a few problems with it, but I will first try to move from version 18.50 to 18.54 before complaining about them. Before I can do that I will have to get a copy of - diff-18.50-18.51 and - diff-18.51-18.52 I do have the diffs from 18.52 to 18.54 (they have been posted). Because of our unability to ftp, perhaps somebody could either (1) mail them to me or (2) tell me that they are too large to mail, and I will have to find another way of obtaining them. In the latter case perhaps somebody in Holland has the sources and I could send him a tape.
