Does Anyone know how to turn on autoraise under HPWM?
I did a strings on hpwm and found reference to FocusAutoRaise, and
PointerAutoRaise, but could not get them to work by setting them to 
pointer or true. If you know how to do this or have a better guess 
than mine could you post it.

When I asked about this I was told there was no autoraise in hpwm.  A
shame.  I was given a contributed daemon to run to do it, but was
unhappy with the results since there was no grace period to move across
one window to another, my window were shuffling wildly.
