I have a 7970E I would like to use on my HP 9000 825S. Since
this is an unsupported device for this system, HP is unable to help
me. Has anyone successfully used this old beast on a 9000?
It seems like it should be relatively easy, since the file
/etc/conf/sio/tape10.h contains a reference to the 7970E. However,
tape0 from /etc/master, which references tape10, does not have an
entry in /etc/conf/lib/libhp-ux.a. So if someone could tell me how
to build tape10.o, it will work, right?
