[comp.sys.hp] problem with jove on hp 835

Hi,

I'm having problems with the describe-bindings function of jove on an hp 835
machine. Rather than telling me what keys are bound to what functions it
lists all the functions, with a few ESCs every now and then where the key
binding should be.

Has anyone seen this problem and have a fix for it?
