Has anyone figured out how to make the 98700/98710 go with X windows? I finally figured out the switch settings, and, OK, I can live with the unsupported HIL on the 98287. HP windows comes up fine, and the 320 talks to the gatorbox fine as the console -- but X spits up when I try to "xinit". SURELY someone has figured out how to make it go, but the manual lists support only for the 98720/98730, and various other monitor cards. Please e-mail me any hints, suggestions, or incants; I'll repost the results.
