Just a note to say...
HP! You are doing a great job.
Evidence to support this conclusion:
1) System 7.0 installation was a breeze
2) New SAM is an excellent utility
3) New manuals are the *BEST* I have ever seen
4) Sales people are working like dogs.
5) Techs are on top of everything.
6) Equipment is as dependable as can be.
7) User training is super.
From all of the flak that builds up on the net, I thought
you guys might appreciate a pat on the back for what an
excellent job you are doing in a whole lot of areas.
Keep up the good work.

Also, THANKS! Although there are many people out there that are very satisfied with HP and HP products, the ones that tend to be vocal are the ones that have something to beef about.
