There isn't any 'standard' product to use the block mode terminals
in block mode from a HP-9000 but you can do it programmatically,
I mean sending the needed escape sequences etc. I did it for a
HP-9000/500 and, long before FORMS/1000, for a RTE-III HP-1000
with HP-2644 terminals and a HP-12966 BACI board, no MUX'es at that
times (circa 1976).
