As of May 4, 1984 I will no longer be working for Tektronix. I am
looking for a position in digital design, microprocessor systems,
system intergration, and IC design. I have both hardware and
software design experience.

Relocation, prefer the northwest, but would consider other locations.

  OBJECTIVE: A  highly  technical  engineering  position,  working  with
  software/hardware  system  design.  Would  like  about  60% digital/IC
  design and 40% software/firmware design.

  EXPERIENCE:

  TEKTRONIX, INC., WILSONVILLE, OR

       2/83 to 5/84: Software/Hardware Eng. III -- Project leader  of  a
       group  of four(4) people integrating a new technical concept into
       the Engineering Computing System group and  evaluation  of  mono-
       chrome monitors.

       8/82 to Present: Assistant Professor at University Of Portland --
       Classes taught included Voice Systems (emphasis on voice recogni-
       tion), Microprocessor Hardware Software Labs, and Senior  Project
       Design.

       11/81 to  2/83:  Software/Hardware  Eng.  II  --  evaluation  and
       integration  of new technology into the Information Display Divi-
       sion.  Project leader on the design of an  HMOS  integrated  cir-
       cuit.

       5/79  to  11/81:  Software/Hardware  Eng.  II  --  lead  firmware
       engineer for the 4025A/4027A terminal project, designed 6800/6809
       processor board, designed Polling I/O Controller Board  used  for
       both  Burroughs  and  Honeywell computers, and miscellaneous pro-
       jects for Terminals and Displays Custom Products.

       12/77 to 5/79: Technical Writer II -- wrote service  manuals  for
       the  following products 4052/4054 and 4081 Floating Point Proces-
       sor.
