Does anyone know of a serial card for HP-9000 series 300 that will accept data at several hundred k baud? I wish to upload 20 Mbytes in a few minutes via a serial line. John Dunlap dunlap@apl.washington.edu

The built-in serial interface of the Model 345 and 375 (as well as port 1 on the Series 400s) supports data rates up to 460 Kbs, has a 16-byte FIFO and supports CTS/RTS hardware flow control. Pre-7.05 software to enable these capabilities is available from me via your local HP support representative.
