[comp.sys.hp] Why is <sys/signal.h> not included in /usr/include/sys/param.h?

The subject line says it all.  This is under hp-ux 7.0. It looks like
a recent deletion.

Presumably it was deleted because:

   It was not needed for any documented or undocumented interface.
   It was never documented, so should not have been relied upon.
   Continuing to include it would slow down compilations.
