I'm looking for a program (or system, or what-have you) that imposes quotas on printing to laserwriters. We are running a lab with Sun Sparcstations running SunOS4.1 and 4.3 and HP 9000s running HP-UX 7.0. The printers in question are: line printers (OK, so maybe it's not exclusively laserprinters) , Postscript laserprinters, and HPlaserjets using HPLGL (I think it's called something like that). We are looking into a program called CAPS (which at this point I know nothing about, but hey, I'm just starting this position....). Does anyone know about this program and if it's suiting to the task we are looking for? thanks for any and all information - I can be reached at: jamesa@cae.wisc.edu or in real life at: jim anderson 1410 johnson drive Rm 283 Madison WI, 53706 (608) 263-1875 thanks again - jima ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Jim Anderson a.k.a. jamesa@cae.wisc.edu "Native is my english tounge." - don't ask ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
