Someone noted that inetd won't run the rlpdaemon. We have HP-UX 7.0;
inetd has been running the rlpdaemon flawlessly for months. HP does
not put an entry in /etc/services, so I had to do that, but I don't
recall anything else. Maybe an entry in /etc/protocols. This is on
a series 800 but I think it is the same on series 300.
