I'm trying to get the original traceroute that passed through usenet (a very long time ago!) to try and work with an HP9000s300, and I'm reaching a big stumbling block when it comes to modifying the kernel to do the appropriate thing. A friend of mine is currently looking into how to modify the kernel so that it will work properly. Since we don't have sources, this makes the job that much harder.... Trying to avoid cutting down on the amount of work, I was wondering if anybody out there has already gone and done this.
