I have a color NCD X-Terminal and motif on a HP/9000/835 with HP-UX7.0 Seems I'm not able to setup the colors in this environment. Whenever I start motif, it uses always the same colors. I tried to edit .Xdefaults to change the colors, nothing happened. I tried to start some X-clients with color options. The only colors I can change are black and white (sometimes). The setup procedure described in the X manual (HP) does not work. The X-Server runs from the NCD-PROM (I do not have tftp yet). What do I have to to for getting MY colors?
