Hi! We have a *little* problem. Here's what happened: We have 9000/550 with 5.12 kernel. I have just connected mux ports 6 and 7 with null-modem cable and then I just typed cat /dev/tty16 from another terminal and went to console to send something to /dev/tty17. It should have echoed everything to /dev/tty16, but it didm't... In fact nothing happened, not even in console... After about 5min I rebooted and here's what followed: (This is not all, I've clipped some extra away) . . . Looking for system... kernel.wins load done (c) Copyright .... (c) Copyright .... . . . CAUTION select(2) ... code(0) ... 28-jan-91 16:12:09 GMT init process termination; errno=2 ; errinfo=181;trapno=0 save work in progress, shut down gracefully, and reboot. So that's all folks. Any suggestions what to do next?
