Does anyone know if it will work to put the 68040 400t upgrade into a 400s instead? The 400t expects a 25 Mhz chip, the 400s a 33 Mhz. I don't wait to wait forever for the latter to arrive. Thanks for any info. lepreau@cs.utah.edu

However, this was not an official word and you should confirm it with HP. ============================================================================= Gabby Obegi, CAE Systems Manager Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory MS 90-2148 (415) 486-5209 1 Cyclotron Rd Fax: (415) 486-6668 Berkeley, CA. 94720 Internet: G_Obegi@LBL.gov =============================================================================

There is a product that HP is now selling to allow you to upgrade a 400s to a 425s. I don't know the product number, but your HP sales rep can help you. Dave Adams Hewlett-Packard Company Fort Collins, Colorado
