[sorry for any duplicate posting, our news software is acting up]

	I have an HP 370 with a 98750A I/O expander. I'd like to stick a
98643A ethernet card (from a 320 we have) in it, so it will have thick
ethernet. Will this work? Any known problems with this configuration?

No problem, my 375 is configured the same way. Just make sure that the
98643A is set to a different select code than the built-in LAN uses.
