The standard laserjet II includes 4 fonts for Courier. Among them is a font which contains a line drawing character set for forms production. We have recently begun to use the adobe postscript cartridge and have not noticed any equivalent to the above in the postscript courier font. Does anyone know of a way to invoke line drawing characters in postscript? Alternatively, how difficult would it be to define these characters and add them to the courier font?
