[comp.sys.cbm] C-64 Kermit-65 v2.0 in the works

aij@s.cc.purdue.edu (Ray Moody) (12/11/86)

Greetings from Purdue University. As if two sophomores didn't already
have to do, we are upgrading Kermit for the Commodore 64. We are considering
all of the changes recommended in the documentation for v1.7, and would like to
solicit any suggestions, comments, etc. from you-all out there in net-land who
use Kermit on the C-64.
We have converted the v1.7 source code so that it can be cross-assembled
on UNIX (tm). One change we have already implemented is decimal file-size
reports in directory listings.
Finals for us start Monday, December 15, and will be leaving for home for
Christmas break afterwards. So, PLEASE send any comments/suggestions via
E-mail instead of netnews as we are very unlikely to have time to read news.
Thank you very much, and Have A Merry Christmas!!
