In order to fix my 64, it appears I'm going to need the equations for the PLA that generates most of the chip selects. I've heard they were published in the Transactor some time ago. Can anyone help? Hi, Rather than blasting a new set of PALs for your C64, you might consider opting to get the preprogramed versions. Jameco seems to stock many replacement chips for the C64 and some for the Amiga. Take a look in the back of Byte in the advertising section. I know that their prices aren't exactly low, but that's somewhat offset by not having to go through the bother of [correctly] programming your own. You could also reverse-engineer the equations from the replacement chips to save for future reference if you can't find the magazine article. --Bill Bill Mayhew Division of Basic Medical Sciences Northeastern Ohio Unviersities' College of Medicine Rootstown, Oh 44272 USA phone: 216-325-2511 (wtm@neoucom.UUCP ...!cbatt!neoucom!wtm)
