[net.wanted] Need a FORTRAN to PL1 translator

   I'm looking for a good FORTRAN to PL1 translator. (It's not for me, 
it's for a friend. Really.) We would be especially interested in any 
information on a program called FORPLI mentioned in the book *Conversion
of Computer Software*, by John Wolberg. However, anything you know about
will be more useful that what we have, which at this point is the
FORTPL1 program supplied with OS/360. It's still dead.
