MUNCH*MUNCH+MUNCH+MUNCH+COOKIE....I WANT MORE COOKIEEEEEE

I would like to know how to set the TOD on both the 64 and 128 using C-power.
Any clues anyone?
I have been trying to do it on the 128 with little success and I need help.
