[comp.sys.cbm] ARC220

I was trying to figure out a posting from Mark Rinfret that had the MRterm
executable in archive.  In the opening note a mention is made of ARC220
or later version.  Does any one know what this is, how can one get it, and
how is it used?  The date of Mark's posting was May 14, 1987.
