[comp.sys.cbm] 128 monitor cable

Can someone tell me how to construct a cable to go from the 128's
RGBI 9-pin connector to a 80-column monochrome monitor?
 
I remember this being posted a year or so ago, but back then I didn't
own a 128! :-)
