[comp.sys.cbm] Spartan

I am about to buy a used Spartan Apple ][+ emulator for the C-64...  From
what I've read in my back-issues of Commodore-Type Magazines, this was a
really fantastic piece of hardware.  My questions are:

1)  Is the company (Mimic Systems) still in business, and if they are
    are do they have any support (upgrades, tech manuals, etc) for it?

2)  Is there anyone out there who has used one?  What are your comments
    on this product?
