I believe that BSw's policy on defective disks is as follows: Return the defective disk to BSw along with an explaination of the problem. They will then send you a new disk to replace the defective one. One other alternative is to do a GEOS validate on the defective disk, and then try reinstalling it. Doug Curtis Sys.
