[comp.sys.cbm] #1750 REU

Now that the #1750 has once again become available (Software Support Int'l is
converting #1764's into #1750's, and selling them for $199.95. That 's what I
paid for one three years ago.), I'd like to take a second look at the
possibility of running two #1750's together.

From what others have posted, it seems that the #1750 can run concurrently
with the Lt Kernal HD, or also concurrently with the Quick Brown Box. It
seems that the LK and QBB allow for re-setting of their I/O page, so that they
can happily reside along with the RAM.

My question is, if one #1750 could be modified to change its I/O page, and to
allow for a short software routine to then address one or the other of two
#1750's? Would anyone know if such a hardware modification is possible, and
the liklihood of it working?
