[comp.sys.cbm] C1 batch transfers? C64 c/g 'standard'?

   We're looking for detailed info on C1 batch ("Punter multi-transfer") 

and C64 colour/graphics protocols for our C128 terminal program. We 
already know what C64 c/g consists of sending C64 screen print codes 
to get foreground colour & graphic characters, but we need to know 
what standards exist for uppercase & graphics / upper & lowercase switching 
and setting of background & border colours.
