Can someone send me ANY info on how a lightpen works? (i.e. internals of the pen). I wish to build one for a c128, but I have no idea of the prinicals involved. I have the book,Electronic Computer Projects by Compute! Publications.
It gives a lot of neat projects for the 64/128/Atari computers. Browsing
through the book,I have a parts list:
1 7400 quad 2-input NAND gate IC 276-175
1 TIL Infared Phototransistor 276-1801
1 1K ohm resistor 271-8023
1 9-pin D-subminiature female 276-1538
1 Normally Open Pushbutton
Microswitch 275-016
You will also need 1>A Ballpoint pen (preferably BIC
2>Stranded Copper Wire.
I know that you will need schematics for this. I will look into this.
