FP>Subj: UUENCODED posting of DESTERM128

FP>Some kindly mailers along the way may have decided that it is good to
FP>strip
FP>trailing blanks from the lines of uuencoded text that was posted.
...................................................................
FP>If the mailer has done this to your copy of DESTERM128, it will not
FP>dissolve
FP>correctly. Not to fret: the following C program will restore the
FP>missing
FP>blanks to the ends of the appropriate lines. Redirect the standard
FP>input from
FP>the posted uuencoded file and the standard output to the new "fixed"
FP>uuencoded
FP>file.
FP>Once you run this program, uudecode its output, download the binary
FP>PRG file
FP>produced (desterm.sda), load and run it on a 128, and it will dissolve
FP>correctly.

I too downloaded this program for a friend and before I could
pass it on, saw the flurry of msgs regarding inabilty to SDA the file.
Then I saw your message about the"fix".

I am not familiar with the Unix world (neither is my friend).
I am useing a PC clone (DOS 3.2)and my friend just upgraded to a C128.
Hence I would appreciate, if you could "lead me by the hand" through
the various steps "run this (what do you call it?) program, uudecode
its output, download the binary PRG file produced"...Thanks for your
help.
