Does anyone perhaps have schematics or service info on a Raritan Computer D540 disk drive (a 1541 clone constructed, apparently, from parts out of the reject bin for FSD-2 drives!). I have acquired two non-functional units from which I hope to make one working drive, but the circuitry is impossible to trace out. The manufacturer claims all schematics were lost in a move to new offices after the product was discontinued. Gak! Thanks, Frank Prindle Prindle@NADC.arpa
