Hi - I'm looking for schematics or information on building a MIDI interface for my Commodore 64. Is this too difficult (I'd still need to find software), or has anyone else tried it? All help will be greatly appreciated! ...dewitte -- DeWitte Wilson <wilso_d@cs.odu.edu> Old Dominion University CoSysop - The TrashBin BBS (tandy) 804-588-3013 [300=>2400] 8N1 - Micro Enhancements BBS (IBM & Mac) 804-424-1514 [300=>9600] 8N1 "Mind your own business Mr. Spock, I'm sick of your half-breed interference."

If you can track down the March, 1989 issue of Commodore Magazine, they have article titled, "Building A MIDI Interface Device for the Commodore 64 and 128." It consists of two chips and a assortment of transistors, diodes, resisitors, and capacitors. It also lists a BBS where you might be able to find some alternatives. The number is (516)928-4986. -- Mike Caldwell (mike@pmafire.UUCP) Paths: ...uunet!pmafire!mike | ...!ucdavis!egg-id!pmafire!mike
