About that C128 that didn't boot w/ cartridges:
One more thing that I forgot to mention earlier is that when reading data
from a cartridge that was disabled on boot, data lines D1 & D6 come back
random. From the schematics I have, it appears that there is no buffering
between the bus & the expansion port.... Just another clue for the mystery.
