  I think someone made a small mistake.. 6551 ACIA is the REAL
Rs232-chip, 6526 CIA (or a later model) is used in C128.. With
6551 ACIA it should be possible to transfer data easily with
19200 baud (or higher, I just don't remember..) even with C64.
