For those who aren't aware yet, APROTEK has released a 2400 baud modem that connects directly to a C64 or C128. It is called the MINIMODEM-C24 (the minimodem-c is only 1200 baud modem). Like its 1200 baud modem predecessor it comes with 1670 and Hayes modem type emulations. This 2400 baud modem cost just under $100. I believe APROTEK also sells a Commodore-to-RS232 interface that will allow the MINIMODEM-C24 to be used with other types of computers. For an ad describing this product and the address of APROTEK see a recent issue of a commodore dedicated magazine. Sincerely, Scott K. Stephen
