[comp.sys.cbm] I - Paint for the 128

consp24@bingsung.cc.binghamton.edu (consp24) (03/12/90)

A while back, someone posted a news item about software
for the C-128 called I-Paint. Based on Basic-8, it used the
80-column screen to do 640x400 images in 4096 colors. Has
anyone else heard of this or seen it?
If I can find the original posting, I'll post it.

I think that it is going to be out on the market pretty soon. I don't
think that it will do 4096 colours though...

It WILL do 640 x 400, which will be great, and it doesn't require BASIC
8.

According to the information I have, I-Paint (written by Rick Kane) will be
distributed by Voyager Mindtools, the parent company of Twin Cities 128 (the
C-128 magazine). This information came from a recent phone conversation with
Loren Lovhaug, the owner of both enterprises.
