[comp.sys.cbm] New Lynx128 and Library128 at Milton-FTP site

Two new archiving programs has been placed at Milton-FTP site
in the subdirectory: "public/download/c128/archives"
 
Lynx128 : The previous one in Milton had some problems, and this
          is a new one.
 
Library128 : This another popular archiving program.
