[comp.sys.cbm] What's is a new ROM? C128/1571

	Thanks to those who responded with info on how to tell new/old
    roms in the C128 & 1571.  I found out that both contain the old
    roms :^{   I looked through some back issues of RUN magazine but
    could not find any articles on the differences except that the 
    C128D and built in 1571 have the newer roms, but they didn't say 
    what the difference was.  I do seem to remember some previous 
    discussions on this topic so I think the info is available.
        My questions:
         1. How major are the differences?                 
         2. Was the 1571 difference with Ssided vs Dsided disks and is
            there a workaround?
         3. How can I get the new roms and how expensive is it?
